We recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect on our websites to provide you with a superior shopping experience and to communicate with you about products, services, and promotions.
We use the collected personal information only for the defined purpose. We use the information that we collect, depending on the limitation necessary for achieving the purpose. The customers need to input the personal information when placing the orders, subscribing the newsletters, registering the email addresses, applying for our campaigns or gifts and responding to our surveys. When you visit our website, it is not necessary for you to input your personal information such as your name and so on.

■ Emails from us

The customers can receive our items information emails (newsletters), if they wish. They are sent to the customers when the prices are revised, the packages are changed, the information concerning our campaigns, gifts and products is upgraded. You can stop subscribing the newsletters whenever you like. Except our newsletters, Super-W does not send the direct mails to the customers.
・The Other Emails from us
Regarding the important notification, we may send our emails to the customers whether or not you wish to subscribe our newsletter service.

Except the above newsletters or notification, we do not send ad mails, direct mails or mails to solicit a sales contract to the customers. Third parties other than us do not send emails to the customers, using the email addresses registered in Super-W.

■ Use of the customers’ personal information

Super-W uses the following information that the customers registered.

We use the above information in order to send the ordered item(s). The information is also used for sales statistics, trend analysis, strategies for purchasing activity or bestsellers and so on, but is not processed to be personally identified

Our company cannot hold the credit card information of the customers.
When you place an order on our website, your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date and so on is encrypted and directly sent to the credit card company. Thus, we cannot hold the credit card information.

■ SSL (Secure Socket Layer)

For ensuring safe online shopping, when the customers’ information is transmitted and received, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.
By using the browsers with security features, the customers’ personal information such as name, address, phone number and so on is automatically encrypted and transmitted or received. Should third parties intercept the information, the content cannot be stolen or read.

If the key icon on the below side of browser is locked-state, the security feature is enabled. You can place an order with a sense of security.

■ Cookies

Only the information which the customers input or choose on our website is stored in cookies.
It is impossible for our website to know the customers’ email addresses if the customers do not input anything.
Even if you allow a website to accept cookies, the website or the other sites cannot access the other parts of the users’ computer. Only the website that accepts a cookie can refer to the information stored in the cookie. We have no intention to collect the customers’ information.

The Super-W shopping site makes use of a feature of your internet browser called a cookie. Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your PC or Smartphone to enable our systems to see the information the customers input on our website and are used in Shopping Cart page.
When the customers choose the items or place an order, the server registers both the data input on our website and the data acquired on the server in a cookie so as to confirm the customer’s registered information. If the customer proceeds to the other web pages (such as the list of each item or the registration confirmation), the registered information is automatically loaded and indicated through the cookie.

■ Return & Refund

Super-W is a private importing agency and return & refund is not possible for any reason from the standpoint of importing across borders.

However, if the items are undelivered or the delivered items are defective, we will arrange the reshipment only within our responsibility. If the items are not available, we will send replacements or save the money you paid as a deposit.

■ Delivery Method

All the items delivered from Super-W are assigned a delivery number. You can track the delivery status by this number.

■ Tax & Tariff

The tax for customs-clearing might be charged owing to the price. In this case, the charge would be borne by the customer. It is impossible for us to anticipate whether or not the tax is charged at the point of purchase and the items’ price on the Super-W site does not include the tax.
The tax for customs-clearing is likely to be charged if the price is very high. Generally speaking, the amount of tax is “the price×60％×prescribed tax rate”. As for the details, please make an inquiry to your local customs house.
